Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dadsgrowthlab.com and related communications from Dad's Growth Lab, operated by Nathaniel Miller ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, submitting a form, or opting into messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Services
We provide marketing, content, messaging, and related consulting services for B2B companies, including optional AI-assisted outreach and calling programs described on our site. Descriptions on marketing pages are informational. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set in a separate proposal, statement of work, or order when you become a client.
SMS / text messaging program
Program name: Dad's Growth Lab Alerts
Program description: Recurring informational and marketing text messages related to your inquiry, booked calls, resource delivery, appointment reminders, and offers from Dad's Growth Lab.
- How to opt in: Provide your mobile number on a Dad's Growth Lab web form and check the consent box (not pre-checked).
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also email hello@dadsgrowthlab.com.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@dadsgrowthlab.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
Phone calls and AI-assisted dialing
If you provide a phone number and consent on our forms, you authorize Dad's Growth Lab to contact you by phone at that number, including with AI-assisted, automated, or prerecorded technology where permitted by law, about your request and our services. You may revoke call consent by telling us on a call or emailing hello@dadsgrowthlab.com.
Website content
Site content is for general information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Free tools, kits, and reports are provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and original content belong to Dad's Growth Lab or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without written permission, except for content we expressly grant you under a client agreement or downloadable resource license.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dad's Growth Lab and Nathaniel Miller are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or communications. Our total liability for claims related to the site (not a separate client contract) will not exceed $100.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a client agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
